面粉機是面粉廠研磨制粉的主要設備。以加工小麥為主,也可加工其它雜糧,它主要靠一對相向差速旋轉的磨輥剝開小麥,將小麥胚乳從麥皮上剝刮下來,并碾磨成面粉,工作時物料受到破、剪、剝、刮作用,從而達到一定的研磨效果,每臺面粉機有兩套獨立的傳動、喂料、研磨系統(tǒng),在粉路中以皮、心、渣、尾各系統(tǒng)不同的技術參數發(fā)揮著各自的功能。
Flour mill is main equipment in flour plant used for flour milling. It is mainly used for wheat processing, and it can be also used for processing of other coarse cereals. A couple of grinding rolls which rotate towards the same direction at different speeds peel away wheat husk, get wheat endosperm separated from wheat husk, and mill it until it becomes flour. During operation, the materials are under the effects of breaking, shearing, peeling and scraping, which can achieve a certain milling effect. Each set of flour mill is equipment with two sets of independent transmission, feeding & milling systems, and they function separately in the milling line as per different technical parameters of each system - peel, core, residue, tail.

1、采用全氣壓自動控制,既可單機控制,也可遠程集中控制;還可采用電腦全自動控制,變頻喂料,面粉機喂料傳感裝置停機時能實現(xiàn)快速排料且喂料輥轉速參數預調。
Fully-automatic air pressure control mode is adopted, with not only single-machine control but also remote centralized control allowed; besides, fully-automatic control via computer is also allowed. Feeding is conducted via frequency conversion. When the feeding sensor of flour mill is shutdown, quick blow-down and presetting of speed parameter of feeding roll can be achieved.
2、面粉機喂料輥離合器除采用氣動離合器外,還可采用電磁離合器它體積小,成本低,安裝方便,性能可靠。
Besides pneumatic clutch, electromagnetic clutch can also be adopted for the feeding roll of flour mill, because it is featured with small size, low cost, easy installation and reliable performance.
3、磨輥采用偏心杠桿離合結構單獨支承在灰鑄鐵機架上,磨輥組自承工作應力。
Grinding roll is of eccentric lever clutch structure and separately placed on gray pig iron rack. Grinding roll group bears the working stress independently.
4、磨輥平置,物料易進入研磨區(qū),拆裝維修方便。
Grinding roll is placed horizontally, so the materials can enter into grinding zone easily, and assembly & disassembly as well as maintenance are also easy.
5、快慢輥采用三輪定速齒楔帶傳動,傳遞功率大,不跳齒,不跑偏,運轉平穩(wěn),噪音低。
Three-round constant-speed tooth-wedge belt transmission mode is adopted for quick-slow roll, with large transmission power, free of jumping gear and displacement. Besides, the roll can operate steadily, with low noise.
6、面粉機兩側機架為上、下剖分結構,快慢輥軸承座與下機架聯(lián)接處設有減振墊。
The racks at both sides of flour mill are of up-down structure, and an anti-vibration pad is set where the bearing pedestal of quick-slow roll is connected with the lower rack.
7、心磨設有負壓吸風裝置,可改善喂料狀況,降低磨輥及物料溫度。
Core grinder is equipped with a negative pressure suction device which can improve the feeding condition and lower the temperature of grinding roll and materials.
8、氣動元件、軸承均采用進口產品,齒楔帶采用優(yōu)質產品,確保整機的使用性能。
Pneumatic components and bearings are imported from abroad, and tooth-wedge belt is of high quality, so as to guarantee satisfactory performance of the whole set of equipment.
9、整機為全封閉、復式結構,表面采用了靜電噴涂生產工藝。色澤光亮,長久不變色。
The whole set of equipment is of totally-closed compound structure, with electrostatic spraying process adopted for its surface. The color is bright and no discoloration occurs for a long time.
