1、采用全氣壓自動控制，既可單機控制，也可遠程集中控制；還可采用電腦全自動控制，變頻喂料，面粉機喂料傳感裝置停機時能實現(xiàn)快速排料且喂料輥轉(zhuǎn)速參數(shù)預(yù)調(diào)。

2、面粉機喂料輥離合器除采用氣動離合器外，還可采用電磁離合器它體積小，成本低，安裝方便，性能可靠。
Besides pneumatic clutch, electromagnetic clutch can also be adopted for the feeding roll of flour mill, because it is featured with small size, low cost, easy installation and reliable performance.

3、磨輥采用偏心杠桿離合結(jié)構(gòu)單獨支承在灰鑄鐵機架上，磨輥組自承工作應(yīng)力。
Grinding roll is of eccentric lever clutch structure and separately placed on gray pig iron rack. Grinding roll group bears the working stress independently.

4、磨輥平置，物料易進入研磨區(qū)，拆裝維修方便。
Grinding roll is placed horizontally, so the materials can enter into grinding zone easily, and assembly & disassembly as well as maintenance are also easy.

5、快慢輥采用三輪定速齒楔帶傳動，傳遞功率大，不跳齒，不跑偏，運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，噪音低。
Three-round constant-speed tooth-wedge belt transmission mode is adopted for quick-slow roll, with large transmission power, free of jumping gear and displacement. Besides, the roll can operate steadily, with low noise.

6、面粉機兩側(cè)機架為上、下剖分結(jié)構(gòu)，快慢輥軸承座與下機架聯(lián)接處設(shè)有減振墊。
The racks at both sides of flour mill are of up-down structure, and an anti-vibration pad is set where the bearing pedestal of quick-slow roll is connected with the lower rack.

7、心磨設(shè)有負壓吸風裝置，可改善喂料狀況，降低磨輥及物料溫度。
Core grinder is equipped with a negative pressure suction device which can improve the feeding condition and lower the temperature of grinding roll and materials.

8、氣動元件、軸承均采用進口產(chǎn)品，齒楔帶采用優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品，確保整機的使用性能。
Pneumatic components and bearings are imported from abroad, and tooth-wedge belt is of high quality, so as to guarantee satisfactory performance of the whole set of equipment.

9、整機為全封閉、復(fù)式結(jié)構(gòu)，表面采用了靜電噴涂生產(chǎn)工藝。色澤光亮，長久不變色。
